Generally, LEGALBEVY is a consolidated databank of state and local rules of civil procedure for legal professionals. LEGALBEVY also provides a platform for legal professionals to locate and use products and services from legal service providers who are registered with the LEGALBEVY website.

What is Personal Information?
Personal Information (or Personally Identifiable Information) is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Personal Information does not include information that is not used to identify you, such as aggregate or anonymous information. Federal and state law requires us to protect the confidentiality of Personal Information.
What information do we collect and how do we collect it?
We collect Personal Information in a number of ways. We automatically collect information when you use the LEGALBEVY Service. We also collect information about you that you provide to us, or that we obtain from third-party sources.
Information collected from other sources. We may obtain Personal Information about you from other sources, including from commercially available sources such as data aggregators and public databases, as well as from our affiliates and partners (including third-party vendor partners). Personal Information collected through the LEGALBEVY website: When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card or place an order, you are consenting to allow us to use your information to complete that transaction.
Non-personal or aggregate information that we collect: We automatically collect non-personal information from your use of the LEGALBEVY Service, such as IP host address, device-specific identifiers, computer or smartphone configurations, pages viewed, time and usage habits on the LEGALBEVY Service and similar data. It is possible at times when collecting non-personal information through automatic means that we may unintentionally collect or receive personal information that is mixed in with the non-personal information. While we will make reasonable efforts to prevent such incidental data collection, the possibility still exists. Google Analytics and HotJar. We use Google Analytics and HotJar, web analytics services provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) and HotJar ("HotJar") to collect certain information relating to your use of the Site. No Information from Children Under Age 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to register with us at this Site or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that information. Tracking Technology and Advertising. Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they “do not track” your online activities. At this time, we do not honor such signals, but we currently do not use automated data collection technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Your Consent. In addition to the sharing described elsewhere in this Policy, we will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Company when we have your consent to do so.
How do we protect information?
We implement a variety of reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology and then encrypted into secured databases to be only accessed as stated above. The security of your information is very important to us. Data retention: We may retain your information for as long as we feel that there is a business need or benefit to do so. This will include retaining location-based information, messages, photos, images and other personal data or information used in connection with the LEGALBEVY Services.
Data Access: LEGALBEVY data collected through use of the LEGALBEVY website, including location information, activity, training behavior, usage patterns is generally not available to customers for their own, direct access.
Other services: As a convenience to you, we may provide links to third-party services from within our LEGALBEVY Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third party services and such links should not be construed as an endorsement of any such third party services. What special rights apply to California consumers?
The California “Shine the Light” law, California Civil Code Section 1798.83, entitles California consumers to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for that business’ direct marketing purposes. LEGALBEVY may share Personal Information between our affiliates and marketing agents for marketing purposes. We do not share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent. California residents may request the categories of Personal Information LEGALBEVY shared with its affiliates during the previous calendar year, if any. This Site and Services are not intended for and are not directed to residents of the European Union. By using and accessing our Site, users who reside or are located in countries outside of the United States agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located outside of the country where they reside, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of their residence or location.
